York 12.5 ton RTU - new condenser fan moving slowly, high amp draw

I just installed this new condenser fan and blade after the bearing on the old motor died. The new fan spins much slower than the old one. The amp draw is also high.
Specs are the exact same between both motors, except for the amperage rating. Old motor is listed at 2.1A and new motor is listed at 1.5A.
The new fan (on front right in photo) is pulling 3.5A and the old fan (on front left) is pulling 1.5A.
When I disconnect the left fan (old), the new one spins faster and amperage drops down to only 0.4A above the rating.
The new fan does not have an OEM blade, and the new blade is a slightly higher pitch than the OEM. I know this could cause higher amp draw, but I don't think this significant. And it's almost within spec when I disconnect one of the fans.
I checked the wiring, appears ok. Capacitors tested GOOD. And I replaced them just to see if it made a difference, which it did not.
Thoughts on what to try next?

York AC has no fan capacitor connection?

The fan has stopped working in my four year old York ycg24b ac unit. I went to check the capacitor first, and was surprised that there was no connection to the fan terminal (no loose wires anywhere). The tech manual specifies that a 35/5 dual capacitor is required--why would that be if it's not going to be used? Every video I've seen about capacitor replacement has 3 wires connected if there are 3 terminals. The capacitor tested fine and so I did have the installing company here and the tech said fan motor needs replacing. I'm thinking about doing it myself (even though parts and labour are covered they want to charge $400 in fees) but I'm worried about whether the original wiring is correct and whether the new motor should connect to the fan terminal. Any advice?
Top Comment: Is there a wiring diagram on the condenser panel? If not can you find a make/model/serial#? Always start with the wiring diagram if you are unsure something is hooked up correctly

This is my +10 year old York Affinity 8T series heat pump. Heats and cools great, but the outside fine has a distinct knocking (video) like it is out of balance.
Can the fan be rebalanced, or does it need to be replaced? Or is there something else I could check?

I want into baseball much and just recently started getting into it and I’m watching the 2015 playoff run and wow idk how we didn’t win that rotation was absolutely filthy. But I remembered going to a regular season Mets game and everyone was chanting something using fuck and I chanted it (I was probably like 8-9 at the time) and got yelled at by my mom and my dad actually told me to keep chanting and after watching game 2 of the NLDS I can say with my whole heart even though it’s been 9 years fuck chase utley

What would be a cool Christmas present for a fan?

I’ve come to reddit because I know next to nothing about basketball and my husband is a big Knicks fan! I want to get him something cool for Christmas but I don’t know what would be cool? I have a budget of maybe like $300 so if you guys have any ideas please let me know! 😊 My husband is a great guy I want to surprise him with something he wouldn’t expect me to know about lol (like idk trading cards?? Or an old DVD of a good game?) Feel free to leave suggestions, thanks!
UPDATE: Thank you all for being so nice and giving me great recommendations! I ended up finding some decently priced tickets so I got us both tickets to one of their games this spring! (It will be my first basketball game) I also got him a shirt and a signed Julius Randle trading card from Ebay. 😊
